Your Key Responsibilities:
Act as the on-site superintendent for commercial construction projects in Farmington, UT, and nearby regions.
Oversee daily job site operations and coordinate all construction activities effectively.
Manage subcontractors, schedules, materials, and inspections to ensure quality control.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain thorough project documentation.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and inspectors.
Quickly identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
