The Commercial Counsel will be a vital member of Amplitude’s legal team and will support our global go-to-market strategy, as well as handle the structuring and negotiation of various inbound vendor agreements. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and the ability to navigate legal risks while aligning with our business objectives. You will collaborate cross-functionally and engage directly with our team members, customers, and partners, ensuring comprehensive support across all business facets.
