About the Department and Position
We are currently welcoming candidates for our talent pool!
The Commercial Department is key in selling BigDataCorp products and supporting clients throughout the purchasing process. Our Sales team is focused on enabling clients to solve their business challenges with our solutions, driving revenue for the company.
Daily Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products and solutions;
- Manage and update the sales pipeline within our CRM;
- Analyze client/prospect needs and propose optimal solutions/products;
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships;
- Negotiate received leads, upsells, or new solutions;
- Meet agreed-upon sales targets within timelines;
- Continuously update skills through product and sales technique training;
- Prospect new clients/businesses and negotiate commercial proposals (translate client needs into products/services, simplify pricing for clients/prospects, and escalate non-standard requests to management for evaluation);
- Ensure that contractual documents differing from our standard terms comply with company regulations, preventing any organizational loss (including NDA analysis when necessary).
Requirements
Necessary Skills
- Previous experience in sales and customer service;
- Preferred familiarity with CRM software and spreadsheets (Pipedrive, Google Sheets/Excel);
- Understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills;
- Curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Pipedrive CRM.
