Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic fragrance team. This newly established role is pivotal in enhancing commercial insights and facilitating informed decision-making within KAYALI.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing data across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Finance. Your role will involve delivering clear, actionable insights to support our performance and growth objectives. This data-centric position will provide cross-functional reporting and analytical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Operational Analysis
- Analyze and prepare reports on retail sales performance by retailer, franchise, and region, comparing against budget and previous years.
- Evaluate forecasted product demand against actual customer purchases to provide strategic insights for inventory and sales optimization.
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards by integrating data from various departments including Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to identify supply-demand discrepancies and recommend solutions to enhance sales and stock performance.
- Deliver monthly and ad hoc analyses to support management reviews and strategic planning.
- Provide agile analytical support for unique business requests and initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data from diverse sources such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Excel.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, stock, and operational efficiency.
- Transform data into actionable recommendations for both commercial and operational teams.
- Enhance the accuracy and efficiency of reporting processes through streamlining and automation.
