As a key player in our team, you will leverage your expertise in channel performance to spearhead the strategic expansion of our utilities product portfolios. Your role will involve:
- Strategy & Forecasting: Leading quarterly forecasts and crafting effective growth strategies to meet our business objectives.
- Test & Learn Ownership: Managing the full cycle of proposition development, from stakeholder engagement to thorough analysis and strategic guidance.
- Performance Analysis: Creating detailed reports and dashboards using SQL and Looker to pinpoint areas needing attention, opportunities, and successes.
- Commercial Enablement: Developing business cases for commercially driven decisions and negotiating contracts and terms with external partners.
- Data Governance: Overseeing the selection, extraction, and compliance of data for outbound dialing processes.
- Process Improvement: Identifying trading performance barriers and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance complex processes.

In this dynamic role within our Commercial Growth function, you will report directly to the Commercial Development Director. You will collaborate extensively with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to align priorities and successfully implement complex initiatives. Additionally, you will lead cross-functional working groups and manage relationships with external partners to facilitate pivotal business transformations.
