JOB OVERVIEW:
As the Client Service Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our commercial clients, addressing their property and casualty insurance needs. This role requires you to foster, enhance, and solidify positive client relationships while utilizing appropriate company resources. Key responsibilities include providing daily client service, managing the renewal process for existing clients, and onboarding new clients.
