Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement accounts through effective networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans aimed at exceeding revenue objectives.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with property managers, developers, general contractors, HOA boards, and commercial property owners.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and develop tailored proposals.
- Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure superior service delivery.
- Represent Russell Landscape with professionalism at meetings, training sessions, and client events.
- Maintain detailed records of pipeline activities and proposal tracking within our CRM system.
