About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Operations Lead to establish and oversee the operational framework for our Health Systems division. As the inaugural commercial operations hire focused on health systems, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement systems, processes, and rhythms from the ground up.
This role is not merely a back-office reporting position; you will be central to our health system commercial strategy, collaborating directly with the Co-CEO and Area Vice Presidents to enhance pipeline discipline, refine deal strategies, and ensure effective cross-functional execution. You will actively participate in pipeline reviews, engaging closely with deals and ensuring our team meets the expectations of enterprise health system buyers.
The Importance of This Role
Assort's health systems business is at a pivotal moment. We possess the necessary product, specialty expertise, and initial pipeline to attract leading health systems. However, we require a robust commercial operating infrastructure to support a disciplined and scalable enterprise approach. You will be instrumental in building this infrastructure. The deals closed by this team over the next 12-18 months will significantly influence the company's direction and directly impact our upcoming fundraising efforts.
