Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service through the GAS2 selling experience
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets
- Provide daily supervisory support to Team Members
- Work with the GM to identify coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
- Oversee dispatch operations to meet delivery standards
- Maintain commercial stocking programs effectively
- Establish and nurture a network of secondary suppliers
Additional Responsibilities
- Manage core bank and commercial returns efficiently
- Administer commercial credit accounts
- Collaborate with GM to ensure optimal driver coverage

Essential Skills Required for Success
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics, including internal engines, suspension, brakes, electronics, and exhaust systems
- Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus); ability to communicate effectively and cultivate strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
- Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and manuals; capable of writing clear correspondence
- Competent in following written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions
- Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment
- Adept in basic math operations: addition, subtraction, etc.
