Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service in every project interaction.

- Collaborate effectively with Clients, Subcontractors, Design/Engineers, and our internal Operations team during project planning.
- Lead Design-Build and Design-Assist coordination efforts.
- Facilitate the issuance of construction documents for bidding in conjunction with the Estimating Coordinator.
- Coordinate project/site visits efficiently.
- Review and respond to RFPs diligently.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, bids, estimates, and budgets collaboratively with Clients.
- Play a pivotal role in the proposal and interview processes.
- Utilize On Screen Takeoff and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiently.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry partners, often attending weekly meetings.
- Identify and recruit potential subcontractors to support project efforts.
- Understand and develop project timelines, including creating preliminary milestone preconstruction schedules in MS Teams.
- Participate in weekly internal staff/team meetings and preconstruction meetings with the project team.
- Attend punch walk meetings with the project team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and practices relevant to commercial and institutional building renovations and site work.
- Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff, and other relevant software tools.
- Experience with Ground Up projects is highly desirable.
