As a Commercial Representative, your primary responsibility is to expand the designated market area by identifying new sales opportunities for service contracts and updating the CRM system accordingly. In certain circumstances, you may also be tasked with renewing assigned contracts. The main objective is to attract new service clients and uncover fresh sales prospects in targeted market sectors, following the directives from management. Success metrics will be established at the outset, with monthly progress reports required, and all visits documented in the CRM system to meet monthly goals.
- Contract Renewals: You will be responsible for renewing certain assigned accounts. Clients who decline to renew may be reassigned for you to manage the renewal process. Such evaluations will occur during operational and/or sales meetings.
- CRM Funnel Management: Daily management and updates of sales funnels and cases in the CRM system are required. All records of visits, calls, meetings, and quotes must be visible in the CRM and discussed during weekly sales meetings with the District/Branch Director.
- Meeting minimum monthly sales quotas and maintaining CRM funnel size.
- Support for Customer Relationship Management Initiatives: You may be required to assist with customer collection issues or other aspects of managing customer relationships.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
