We are currently seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative based in Coppell, TX, responsible for driving new construction sales within the commercial sector. This role will focus on our extensive range of products, including commercial sectional and rolling doors, loading dock equipment, and high-speed doors. Your mission will be to connect with commercial clients in Dallas and its surrounding areas to introduce them to our innovative offerings.
Position Overview:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with general contractors within the Dallas/Coppell regions.
- Engage with decision-makers to develop tailored door solutions for their facilities.
- Create detailed scopes of work for each proposal, managing every aspect from the initial contact to closing the sale; proficiency in Windows-based programs and sales tools, along with a background in interpreting blueprints/plans, is preferred.
- Meet and exceed sales goals set by management, while diligently tracking and documenting sales leads and activities; actively participate in sales meetings.
- Deliver timely and accurate estimates and proposals to clients.
- Regularly update and maintain our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Perform additional duties as required.
