Role Overview
As a Commercial Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor for GitLab’s Mid-Market prospects and customers across North America. Your mission will be to guide them in understanding how our DevSecOps platform meets both technical specifications and business goals throughout the software development lifecycle. You'll facilitate their digital transformation journeys, from strategic planning to ongoing monitoring, leveraging your technical acumen, knowledge of cloud technologies, and deep customer empathy. Reporting to the regional Solutions Architect manager and collaborating closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you will take ownership of technical evaluations—including proof of value initiatives and workshops—design solution architectures, and represent the voice of the customer to our Product Management team. In your first year, your focus will be on fostering successful platform adoption, driving revenue growth through solution selling, and cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships that highlight GitLab’s unique market position.
