Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 5-7 purchasing specialists at our Constanta office and oversee their purchasing activities.
Provide hands-on management to the acquisition team.
Recruit, train, assess, and supervise your team members.
Facilitate task transfers among team members and provide support in problem-solving.
Analyze team performance and report findings to upper management.
Inspire your team and suggest strategies to meet objectives and KPIs.
