Dynamic Duo Wanted
The commercial track for future account managers is the perfect opportunity to master banking the Bank Van Breda way—quickly and successfully.
You will work closely alongside experienced wealth partners, creating a dynamic tandem. At the outset, you will frequently visit existing and potential clients together. This firsthand experience will showcase our personal approach, teaching you how to truly connect with your conversation partners and discover the wealth advice that best aligns with each unique client story.
Throughout the trajectory, you will be immersed in both front and back-office operations. You will learn how to conduct investment discussions, grant loans, understand how deposits function, and know when to involve our sister bank, Delen Private Bank, and much more.
You will develop into a respected right-hand to senior account managers, assisting from day one with all daily tasks related to relationship management and wealth guidance: preparing conversations, autonomously resolving queries, tracking client files, etc. Furthermore, you will help grow portfolios by following up on leads, participating in networking events, and reaching out to prospects.
Your commercial trajectory concludes when you advance to account manager. At that point, you will become the primary contact for your own client portfolio, which you will autonomously and results-driven expand.
