Position: Commis Chef (Season 2026)
As a Commis Chef at Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos, you will be an integral part of crafting unforgettable guest experiences. Your passion for culinary excellence will shine in our kitchens as you contribute to the creation of dishes that delight our guests. You will assist in all stages of meal preparation, support daily kitchen operations, and ensure that each dish embodies the meticulous attention to detail, creativity, and quality that defines the Luxury Collection dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently prepare and manage your assigned kitchen station, ensuring all ingredients are prepped and organized for service.
- Assist in marinating, cutting, and preparing vegetables, meats, and other ingredients with precision and consistency.
- Prepare garnishes and support plating to uphold high visual and culinary standards.
- Cook portions of plated meals according to requirements, under the guidance of the Chef de Partie.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of your station throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment at the end of service.
- Wrap and store unused ingredients according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organization protocols.
