What You’ll Be Doing:
- Formulate and implement a personalized strategy to stimulate sustainable business growth and achieve revenue objectives.
- Source and generate leads through strategic outreach, cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring their hiring needs align with Talent Tactics’ staffing solutions.
- Evaluate market trends and business requirements to identify opportunities and position Talent Tactics as the prime solution.
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually advantageous partnerships.
- Independently manage your sales pipeline utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce to monitor leads, pipeline progression, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize business development initiatives with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Develop persuasive sales presentations and proposals that highlight Talent Tactics’ value propositions to prospective clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — staffing/recruiting or B2B services preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — capable of developing strategies, executing plans, and adapting to foster business growth.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals — you don’t just initiate conversations, you convert them into revenue.
- Exceptional pitching and negotiation skills — you can effectively communicate value and secure partnerships.
- Strong comprehension of market trends, analytics, and customer requirements — you know how to pinpoint and seize opportunities.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment — you juggle multiple opportunities and deliver results independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) for tracking and managing sales progress.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
