The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and organized Communications Specialist with a few years of experience—ideally someone transitioning in-house after working at a PR agency or tech company. This hands-on role is perfect for a motivated individual eager to take ownership, move quickly, and demonstrate their capabilities.
In collaboration with the Global Head of Communications, you will influence how Heidi presents itself to the world—not only through compelling storytelling but also through meticulous execution, robust processes, and adept management of multiple initiatives. Your Responsibilities
Strategy & Content Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of external communication strategies aimed at global audiences.
Comprehensive Communications Execution: Propel the execution, project management, and operational momentum of key communication initiatives, ensuring deadlines are adhered to.
Operational Excellence: Transform high-level goals into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.
