Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Coordinator and District Manager in overseeing municipal services and addressing constituent concerns.
- Collaborate with committee chairs on administrative tasks, including managing applications, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Ensure efficient daily office operations.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with community organizations.
- Represent the organization at events, schools, and clubs, enhancing community engagement.
- Gather and analyze demographic data to understand local trends and needs.
- Implement targeted outreach campaigns to engage specific community populations.
- Monitor and manage volunteer contributions, maintaining accurate records.
- Establish partnerships with government offices to effectively address community needs.
- Maintain an outreach database that documents contacts and activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Draft outreach materials, including press releases, brochures, and newsletters.
- Guide and support team members in outreach initiatives.
- Manage financial records and assist with invoice processing.
- Communicate community interests through the Board’s newsletter and social media.
