How This Role Makes a Difference
The Community Engagement Manager is a pivotal leadership position within our Community Engagement Department, responsible for directing and implementing community-oriented strategies and operations to enhance study recruitment, strengthen partnerships, and ensure equitable community outcomes. This role includes coaching and managing front-line Community Engagement Partners (CEPs) and Community Clinical Research Educators (CCREs) while supporting partnership pipeline management.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Develop, execute, and manage community engagement initiatives from conception to evaluation, including setting objectives, budgets, timelines, staffing, success criteria, and post-campaign assessments.
- Oversee metrics related to engagement, pipeline velocity, and partner quality.
