In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children one-on-one, executing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include applying evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social interaction, and essential daily living skills while effectively minimizing challenging behaviors. We are seeking passionate individuals who are committed to nurturing the potential of every child.

Comprehensive training will be provided, empowering you to make a significant impact, even if you are new to the field. Please note that working with children requires physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, sitting, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
