Exciting Opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic Day Center Support Worker!

What We Offer You:
Salary and Growth: As a support worker, you will be classified under FWG 35, with a salary of up to €3,635 gross per month (based on 36 hours). Salary classification is in accordance with the CAO Gehandicaptenzorg, and is dependent on your experience and background.
Permanent Contract: Enjoy job security with a contract for 23 hours per week.
Additional Benefits: Receive 8% vacation pay and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%.

Travel Allowance: You will receive a fixed reimbursement of €0.20 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 50 kilometers one way.

Who You Are:
You possess a relevant vocational qualification in healthcare (such as MZ or VIG) and have knowledge and experience in the field of disability care.
You are social, flexible, client-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
You are proactive, reflective, balanced, methodical, and able to maintain your boundaries.
You can provide clear structure, predictability, and intensive support. Additionally, you are adept at reading clients' moods through non-verbal signals.
With your creativity and resourcefulness, you will create a varied and inspiring range of activities.
You are someone who connects with others and continuously seeks alignment within the team. Building a good rapport with current team members is essential.
What You Will Do:
As a support worker, you will collaborate with your colleagues to provide daily guidance to clients. You will contribute to the development, adjustment, and evaluation of care plans. Your role is to empower clients and ensure a peaceful and structured environment.
