As a Driver reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide safe transportation for participants to their destinations, while fostering genuine and positive connections. You will conduct thorough pre-trip inspections and ensure that vehicles are equipped with necessary emergency supplies, maintaining safety as a top priority. You will undergo structured training, follow clear procedures, and maintain effective communication with dispatch and leadership.

- Follow a scheduled route to transport PACE participants, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while operating vehicles.
- Perform comprehensive pre-inspections on assigned vehicles, including lift vans and ADA accessible minibuses, before each shift.
- Assist participants with entering and exiting vehicles, including transferring in and out of wheelchairs.
- Stay attentive to input from team members, participants, and caregivers, promptly updating the Transportation Supervisor about any changes in participants' conditions.
