Join Our Team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs? Northern Lights Behavioral Consulting, a proud member of Finni Health, is looking for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dedicated team in Dalton, Georgia. In this rewarding part-time position, you will utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques to support children's growth and development in their home environments under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy to children.
Implement behavior intervention plans crafted by a BCBA.
Accurately collect and document data on client progress and behaviors.
Engage in supervision sessions with a BCBA to enhance your skills.
Participate in mandatory team meetings and ongoing training.
What We Offer
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $21 to $27 per hour.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Prior experience working with children is essential.
A strong commitment to supporting children with special needs.
Reliable transportation is necessary for travel to clients' homes.
Experience in early intervention (ages 2–6) is preferred.
Experience in school settings is beneficial.
Active CPR certification is preferred.
Active RBT certification is required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
