Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellness of our residents. You will implement care plans and provide expert nursing care in a facility that values compassion, transparency, and teamwork. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Resident Care & Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status, evaluating physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Develop and execute personalized care plans tailored to residents' health needs and goals.
- Monitor health conditions, document changes, and communicate critical findings with physicians and the care team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring precision and adherence to medical instructions.
- Provide wound care and other nursing duties as needed.
