We serve patients across 18 counties in Northern Ohio and operate 4 Inpatient Hospice Care Centers. Various care models are available including Admissions, Home Care, Inpatient, After Hours, and Pediatric, with flexible scheduling options for part-time, full-time, and PRN roles on both day and night shifts. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This role involves medium to heavy physical work. Candidates must be capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently, utilizing safety transfer techniques and proper body mechanics while handling patients, including those over 150 pounds. Duties require stooping, reaching, standing, walking, lifting, fingering, grasping, and feeling; effective vocal communication; auditory skills; and visual acuity with color perception. Employees may encounter environmental hazards such as infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and adverse weather conditions.
