We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Niota, TN area to provide patient care in accordance with a physician-established care plan.
This position is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care provided in the patient’s home. Patients require varying levels of care, from weekly visits to 24-hour support, offering flexible scheduling options including short visits or full 12-hour shifts. Our patient demographic ranges from those with high acuity needs to those requiring basic medical management.
Once patients are accepted into our program, their benefits do not expire, allowing our caregivers to build enduring relationships with them over the years.
In this role, you will advocate for patients and provide one-on-one care tailored to their needs. You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and physicians to ensure comprehensive care.
Shifts: Available for 2 days a week with 10-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking PRN or part-time work.
