Position Overview
As we expand our services, we are inviting applications for the role of Support Worker at our Huyton unit. This full-time position involves working in a supportive living environment focused on mental health rehabilitation with a commitment to providing care around the clock through 12-hour shifts, including both day and night rotations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in their daily routines to foster independence.
- Act as an advocate and key worker as required.
- Manage medication dispensing and offer assistance in taking prescribed medications.
- Support service users in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Collaborate positively with team members.
- Encourage clients to maintain a clean living space and uphold personal hygiene.
- Promote a healthy and active lifestyle among clients.
- Facilitate the involvement of family members and other support networks.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks using computer systems.
- Adhere to our policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safeguarding protocols.
While experience in the field or qualifications in Health and Social Care (Level 2 or 3) are advantageous, we welcome applicants who are passionate about care and possess the right values, even if they lack experience.
