Job Summary
The Compensation Manager plays a pivotal role in analyzing and administering compensation programs to uphold market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance. This position provides data-driven insights to support hiring practices, promotions, and compensation decisions, while collaborating with HR and business leaders to align compensation strategies with organizational goals.
