Wilshire Advisors LLC is on the lookout for a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our in-house Legal & Compliance team, focusing on Employee Compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take charge of implementing and upholding Wilshire’s employee compliance program. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all employees consistently meet regulatory and company standards, while providing support across various compliance and legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all employee compliance issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to Wilshire’s Code of Ethics and Compliance Manual.
- Design, implement, and continuously update company-wide employee compliance programs and procedures, encompassing onboarding, education, and ongoing training.
- Oversee regulatory compliance calendars, monitor deadlines, and assist in the preparation of mandatory compliance reports.
- Conduct reviews of employee reporting, certifications, and disclosures, including personal trading, political contributions, gifts and entertainment, and outside business activities.
- Support compliance audits, risk assessments, and investigations concerning employee behavior or regulatory compliance issues.
- Serve as the main liaison with compliance technology platforms and third-party service providers.
- Organize and maintain confidential compliance documents and electronic files promptly, ensuring transparency and legal readiness.
- Lead employee compliance projects and initiatives throughout their life cycle.
- Effectively communicate with staff at all levels, providing updates on compliance requirements and changes.
- Prepare meeting agendas, schedule sessions, and document minutes for compliance-related activities.
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments to ensure Wilshire’s employee compliance program is consistently up to date.
- Contribute actively to the ongoing enhancement of legal and compliance processes and procedures.
- Assist with additional compliance-related responsibilities and special projects as needed.
