- Prepare molds and materials for composite production processes.
- Trim, laminate, assemble, and finish composite parts.
- Read route cards and adhere to production specifications.
- Utilize gauges, fixtures, and measurement tools to ensure product quality.
- Inspect parts throughout the production process and identify defects.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials used in production.
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
- Be available for overtime as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
- Preferred experience in composites manufacturing or a similar production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting.
- Effective communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
