Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the reception and information counter at the Building or Centre Management Office.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries regarding the building, tenants, facilities, and activities.
- Professionally manage and escalate tenants’ or visitors’ complaints.
- Provide accurate information, assistance, and directions to visitors.
- Conduct cashier duties for visitors’ car park lots, including issuing receipts and processing payments.
- Oversee daily revenue collection for the car park ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
- Assist the Administration Assistant or Executive with various administrative tasks.
- Support inter-departmental coordination and the maintenance team as required.
- Manage the card access system, including programming and issuing access cards.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Centre Manager or Property Executive.
