In this role, you will cater to the needs of our esteemed guests, ensuring every aspect of their journey is meticulously organized and executed. Based in our vibrant Barcelona office, you will engage with guests before and after their voyages, crafting unforgettable moments.
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive and personalized guidance to guests throughout their pre-voyage and post-voyage experiences. Gather detailed preferences and manage all necessary documentation.
• Coordinate bespoke bookings for excursions, transfers, and activities tailored to guest desires.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, enhancing the guest experience and maximizing revenue.
• Collaborate with luxury service providers to finalize payments and arrangements.
• Utilize CRM systems, guest portals, and proprietary applications to personalize and streamline guest interactions, ensuring a seamless digital experience.
• Work closely with internal teams in Yacht Operations and Sales to ensure flawless execution of services.
• Address routine inquiries swiftly and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
• Aim to exceed key performance indicators, including service level agreements and quality assurance metrics.
