Join our dynamic team as a Conference & Events Sales Executive at Accor Group. In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Conference & Events Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive the sales of conferences and events to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Execute sales strategies as per directives and assess conversion rates against established KPIs.
- Craft customized proposals and quotations that encompass venue, functions, menus, and accommodations, ensuring maximum revenue generation.
- Actively follow up on inquiries and negotiate effectively to secure business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of key conference and incentive clients.
- Monitor regional competitor activities and offer insightful recommendations for refining sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts and contribute innovative ideas to achieve targets.
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections and familiarization tours with strong follow-up.
- Provide precise and thorough event handovers to the Conference & Events Operations team.
- Maintain a consistent presence within the hotel, fostering strong relationships with operational teams.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through seamless communication and diligent post-event follow-up.
