Since the inception of Plüm énergie, now Octopus Energy France, we have been dedicated to providing a truly distinct, efficient, and human-centered customer service experience.
The Operations team, focused on customer satisfaction, is at the heart of our strategy. To support our rapid growth, we are looking to expand our team with enthusiastic individuals.
If you are passionate about helping customers and are committed to the energy transition, you will serve as a brand ambassador! Working collaboratively, you will manage a portfolio of residential customers, assisting them with their energy contracts.
Your responsibilities will be diverse, including contract activation, consumption advice, bill explanations, payment support, social aid guidance, relocation management, and educating clients on market specifics and renewable energy.
