AECOM is on the lookout for a Construction Contract Administrator to join our team in delivering essential municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects throughout Northern Alberta and the Northwest Territories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with construction and field services teams across the Prairie District to ensure uniformity in field service delivery.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and contractors to address technical field-related challenges.
- Assess submittals, as-built documents, and asset management records for commissioning and handover.
- Oversee construction quality, performance, and compliance with codes.
- Coordinate inspections, manage RFIs/submittals, and furnish project updates.
- Facilitate change management processes, including site instructions, change orders, and resolution of claims or delays.
- Attend and document construction and commissioning meetings, as well as field activities.
- Coordinate testing and commissioning tasks, including process equipment.
- Enforce and maintain project-specific safety plans and QA/QC documentation.
- Authorize contractor payments, manage statutory holdbacks, and assist with risk, schedule, cost, and claims management.
