ABOUT OUR CONSTRUCTION DELAY TEAM
Recognized for our expertise in analyzing the intricate details that lead to costly and disruptive construction delays, our team comprises seasoned professionals including engineers, project managers, architects, schedulers, and accountants. We are trusted for our sophisticated delay analyses on some of the world’s most significant projects, encompassing notable buildings, infrastructure, power and utilities, and oil and gas developments. In recognition of our excellence, we were honored as Who's Who Legal's Construction Expert Witness Firm of the Year for 2023.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Scheduling and Delay Analysis
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to review both technical and non-technical documentation (including construction schedules, engineering drawings, progress reports, correspondence, etc.) to identify critical issues and details.
- Capability to analyze large datasets using various analytical methods and tools to detect trends, anomalies, and other important details.
- Experience in preparing expert reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients.
