What will you do as a Site Manager?
You will need a solid schedule and motivated (Dutch-speaking) colleagues equipped with the right tools to ensure the success of a construction project. As a Site Manager, you will collaborate with a project leader overseeing multiple projects. You will be responsible for one or two construction sites, depending on their scale.
We aim to build efficiently and with high quality. This begins with the appearance of your construction site, which should be neat and well-organized. You will ensure that your team is well-informed and that your strong organizational skills allow them to focus on their craft. At Whoon (formerly Van Wanrooij Bouw & Ontwikkeling), safety and continuous improvement are paramount for you and your team.
As a Site Manager, you are the captain of your construction site. You will:
- Direct skilled workers and subcontractors
- Monitor planning and quality
- Implement smart construction methods within our conceptual construction system
- Ensure everyone works with joy and efficiency
