Role of the Volunteer Consultant
We are seeking an enthusiastic Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant to collaborate with our partner, Femmes Actrices de Développement Communautaire, an NGO focused on transformative community development, particularly in child education and health.
Some of their impactful projects include:
- Empowering youth through training in health, entrepreneurship, and essential life skills.
- Implementing comprehensive sexual education and fostering constructive dialogue between parents and children.
- Raising awareness of children's rights, with a particular emphasis on promoting girls' rights.
- Enhancing the quality of education in primary schools to ensure every child's growth.
- Establishing nutritious school canteens to promote children's health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities of the Volunteer Consultant:
- Conduct assessments to identify FADeC's needs in monitoring, evaluation, capitalization, and learning.
- Support the development or updating of frameworks, measurement plans, evaluation, and learning (MEL).
- Develop data collection, management, and analysis tools tailored to FADeC's needs.
- Train staff in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and utilization.
- Contribute to the capitalization of results and documentation of best practices and lessons learned.
- Assist FADeC in drafting concept notes and project proposals.
