About the job
At Ambrook, we are dedicated to empowering family-owned American businesses to enhance their profitability and resilience.
In the face of challenges such as unprecedented droughts, soaring input costs, and volatile markets, operators in American agriculture and various industries require robust long-term investments. Strategies such as efficient irrigation and grazing rotations not only benefit the land but also enhance the financial bottom line. However, implementing these essential changes often requires significant upfront capital and a level of financial clarity that can be hard to achieve.
Business owners frequently navigate fragmented records and outdated tools, making it difficult to identify effective strategies or demonstrate viability to lenders, partners, or future generations.
Ambrook is on a mission to transform the financial infrastructure for independent operators.
We are replacing traditional paperwork and legacy systems with modern tools designed for accounting, banking, invoicing, and spending—tools tailored for those who spend more time in the field than at a desk. Our platform provides producers with the financial transparency necessary to make informed investments in their land, operations, and futures.
Our customers form the backbone of the real economy, acting as stewards of land, labor, and legacy. By enabling them to invest in stronger, more sustainable businesses, we are fostering generational resilience across America.
Starting with farmers and ranchers nationwide, we are now rapidly expanding into other sectors of the American economy.
As a Series A startup backed by prominent investors such as Thrive Capital, Dylan Field, Homebrew, Designer Fund, and BoxGroup, we are seeking early team members eager to navigate the intricate intersections of American industry, climate, and the economy.
About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Lead to spearhead Ambrook's content strategy from its inception. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of constructing scalable content infrastructures—not just creating assets, but also designing the workflows, distribution strategies, and cross-functional processes that turn content into a powerful growth engine. Strong editorial judgment and a commitment to high-quality storytelling are essential, as our narratives should yield results and support the operators who rely on our offerings.
You will be responsible for defining our content strategy, establishing scalable systems for execution, and ensuring we consistently communicate the key Ambrook stories that empower our customers to succeed.
