This is a full-time remote contract position available to candidates throughout New Zealand.

Your primary focus will encompass account management, the development of content marketing strategies, revenue retention and growth, and project management. You will provide consultation, strategy formulation, and oversee the execution of customized content strategies that facilitate growth for mid to large-scale organizations. Success in this role requires not only industry expertise but also exceptional organizational skills to manage a diverse array of initiatives.
Account Management You will thrive in managing client relationships, fostering connections with a portfolio of 20-25 clients across various industries. Demonstrating the effectiveness of your strategies through ROI reporting and fulfilling client objectives will be part of your challenge.
Content Strategy As a strategist, you will craft, develop, and sustain robust, multifaceted content marketing strategies for clients, involving research, interpretation, and presentation of statistical insights.
Revenue Retention and Growth Your success will be gauged by the retention of clients within your portfolio and the expansion of your account base. You will be expected to sell subsequent strategies and formulate statements of work that align with clients' business goals. A strong commercial acumen is essential for understanding decision-making processes and revenue generation in a competitive landscape.
Project Management Collaborate with Brafton's content creation teams—including editorial, graphics, video, and social media—to transform ideas into reality and develop strategies that yield significant ROI aligned with client objectives.
Success in this role will be reflected in the strength of your client portfolio, with opportunities for incentives based on client retention and organic growth. While this position is primarily remote, there will be quarterly meet-ups, and occasional travel to meet clients in person may be required.
