About The Roku Channel's Content Partnerships Team:
The Roku Channel (TRC) Content Partnerships Team is dedicated to driving partnership growth and managing accounts. We oversee both Video on Demand (VOD) and Linear ad-supported content derived from over 300 diverse content partners, ranging from major studios to smaller niche licensing houses. By leveraging analytics data on content performance, we guide partners on optimizing their assets for monetization. Collaborating closely with product teams, we enhance platform features that boost content discoverability, viewer engagement, and brand visibility, ensuring the success of our key content partners on The Roku Channel.
The Role:
The Content Partnerships Associate will serve as a versatile generalist within the team. This position offers a unique opportunity to cultivate a broad skill set while deepening expertise across various subjects. The individual will collaborate extensively with team members and cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Programming, Content Acquisition, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Analytics, Media Strategy, Ad Product, Ad Ops, and Marketing. This multifaceted role blends technical and business aspects, necessitating exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about mastering the intricacies of the streaming industry in a fast-paced environment.
