General Summary:
The Content Planning & Strategy Specialist will oversee the creation of key content assets and initiatives, with a targeted emphasis on enhancing engagement and adoption of ConnectWise products. Reporting to the head of the Emerging Business team within Partner Success, this role will contribute to program development, process optimization, cross-departmental collaboration, content marketing, and analytics to drive product engagement and adoption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enhance self-service and web-based experiences for the Emerging business customer segment.
- Collaborate on setting objectives and priorities in alignment with partner needs and available resources.
- Design, implement, and refine digital programs and adoption campaigns to boost customer enablement and retention.
- Develop targeted messaging strategies based on adoption milestones, partner journey stages, health scores, and user personas.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve digital engagement strategies.
- Assist in developing and executing retention strategies to enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction.
