The Role
We are looking for a meticulous and creatively-driven Content Specialist to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting, developing, and maintaining high-quality enablement content that supports training programs across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
As a vital part of the centralized GTM Enablement function, you will influence the quality, clarity, and effectiveness of our training and learning materials. Collaborating closely with Enablement team members and GTM stakeholders, you will transform concepts, processes, and product knowledge into engaging, visually appealing, and instructional learning experiences.
This role merges instructional design, content development, and content management system stewardship. You will ensure that enablement content is accessible, consistent, aligned with brand standards, and optimized to enhance understanding, retention, and practical application. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career individual who is enthusiastic about content creation, design, and learning, and seeks to make a direct impact on team performance and learning.
