At Arista Networks, we understand that clear communication is essential from the very start. As a Content Writer for our CloudVision networking software, you will engage directly in the product development process, partnering with developers, designers, and field engineers to create features that enhance user experiences. This position offers significant opportunities for personal and professional growth, allowing you to shape your role while gaining extensive knowledge of CloudVision and Arista's product suite.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this exciting position, you will:
- Develop, edit, and review content for the CloudVision user interface
- Create and update Help Center articles that detail product features and workflows
- Contribute to and refine the CloudVision content style guide
- Interview engineers about product features and provide constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with the design team to enhance content presentation
- Deepen your understanding of computer networking (prior knowledge is not required!)
- Continuously expand your skill set and knowledge base
- Help lead the strategy for our content writing initiatives
- Utilize Git, HTML, and CSS to directly contribute to our code repositories
