About the Role
The Contingent Workforce Program Manager will spearhead the assessment, enhancement, and continuous support of Okta’s contingent worker program. This role oversees the complete lifecycle of non-employee personnel, with a strong emphasis on third-party risk management (TPRM). You will ensure all third-party engagements comply with corporate policies and legal standards while maintaining efficient operational workflows.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of international staff augmentation.
- Forge and manage strategic partnerships with key suppliers to cultivate long-term collaboration and proactive talent acquisition for contingent workforce demands.
- Standardize and enforce comprehensive onboarding and offboarding protocols for all third-party workers, ensuring 100% compliance with necessary checks.
- Supervise Okta’s Extended Workforce Background Screening process via HireRight, including annual background checks as applicable.
- Manage the mandatory curriculum within our Learning Management System (LMS) for both managers and non-employees.
- Lead the design and implementation of a global Contingent Workforce Compliance Roadmap, establishing clear Rules of Engagement (RoE) and standardized operating procedures for both internal hiring managers and external third-party vendors to mitigate security risks.
