Role Overview
As a Specialist in our Contingent Workforce program, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Managed Services Provider (MSP) initiatives. Acting as a key liaison for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will support daily program operations while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with local hiring managers and oversee their temporary recruitment requests.
- Record and maintain information on recruitment agency performance and the requirements of hiring managers.
- Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief third-party suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, and handle onboarding and contractor management activities.
- Foster local relationships with clients and agencies.
- Verify, upload, and track invoices and payment approvals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any local issues with clients and agencies.
- Monitor the successful achievement of local service level agreements.
- Provide statistical analysis and other support as client needs dictate.
- Prepare periodic program status reports for the Programme Manager as required.
