In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the brand's evolution and ensuring its commercial success, while keeping it culturally significant and aligned with our long-term vision.
This specialist-level position emphasizes:
- Translating our global brand strategy into actionable campaign plans.
- Overseeing lifecycle marketing for a live franchise.
- Maintaining a clear brand positioning across all key moments (updates, expansions, anniversaries, partnerships).
- Acting as the central hub for collaboration among Development, Publishing, Communications, Creative, and external partners.
You will report to the Global Brand Marketing Director and will be responsible for the strategic and operational execution of marketing initiatives for Cyberpunk 2077 on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Lifecycle & Campaign Leadership:
Lead the planning and execution of all campaign milestones for Cyberpunk 2077 (updates, expansions, platform launches, anniversaries).
Establish clear campaign objectives (e.g., driving expansion sales, reactivating players, acquiring new platforms).
Ensure each campaign features a distinct, focused communication message.Commercial Focus & KPI Ownership:
Translate business objectives into marketing priorities.
Align campaign actions with anticipated commercial outcomes.
Identify any discrepancies between brand aspirations and resource allocation.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Foster strong relationships across various departments — Development, Creative Services, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and Business Development — to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaign objectives.
Ensure campaign scope is realistic and aligned prior to production commencement.
Avoid misalignment between pitch presentations and final project scopes.Campaign Calendar Management:
Manage the content marketing calendar, detailing all promotional initiatives across channels to maintain consistent messaging.PR & Communications Alignment:
Collaborate with Communications and Public Relations teams to guarantee messaging consistency with product and brand strategies across all media and touchpoints.Platform & Partnership Strategy:
Assist in negotiations and alignment with platform partners.
Ensure brand collaborations are in line with core brand values and commercial goals.
Contribute strategic insights to global campaign initiatives.
