Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team at Cohere Health as a Senior Technical Talent Partner on a six-month contract. In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to the expansion of our Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning teams. Collaborating closely with technical leaders, you will facilitate impactful hiring processes, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and interview teams. Reporting directly to the Manager of Technical Talent Acquisition, you will have the freedom and resources to utilize innovative tools, data insights, and creative approaches to attract and secure top-tier technical talent swiftly. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete hiring process for essential technical positions in a fast-paced setting, focusing on speed, quality, and long-term fit.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning leaders regarding market trends, compensation strategies, and practical timelines.
- Drive proactive sourcing initiatives employing advanced methodologies across diverse channels and talent pools.
- Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to identify issues, predict outcomes, and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate across departments, including People Operations, Finance, and People Business Partners, to synchronize hiring strategies, headcount, and offer processes.
- Ensure accurate candidate data and reporting within Greenhouse and other recruitment platforms.
- Provide a remarkable candidate experience, influencing how we engage with potential talent.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on senior and hard-to-fill roles in high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting across Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data disciplines.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in compensation discussions and managing competing offers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Data-driven mindset, capable of tracking and reporting hiring metrics effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build solid relationships and serve as a true partner to hiring teams.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing platforms, talent communities, and recruitment tools.
- Experience in health-tech, healthcare, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
