We are on the lookout for a Contract Trainer & Assessor to provide impactful, compliant, and industry-relevant training in both face-to-face and virtual environments. This role offers flexibility, including options for remote training and assessment, with travel to client locations for in-person sessions as necessary.
About the Role
In your capacity as a Contract Trainer & Assessor, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and assessing nationally recognized training programs that align with the 2025 Standards for RTOs, ensuring quality, compliance, and optimal learner outcomes.
Your training delivery methods will include:
- Face-to-face training
- Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)
- Assessment of eLearning submissions
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare engaging training and assessment sessions
- Deliver training in accordance with approved training and assessment strategies
- Conduct fair, valid, current, and sufficient assessments
- Evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement
- Participate in validation activities and internal/external audits
- Maintain professional development and industry currency
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials
- Build and sustain strong industry and educational networks
